About HAB Booklight
HAB Booklight is the bookstore for HAB Justice — Hell and Back Justice. Our guiding words are simple: We do not hurt. We do not judge. We help.
Education without judgment
HAB Justice is an initiative providing free educational materials, practical resources, and support for people affected by the justice system. That includes incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people, loved ones, people affected by crime, children, families, employers, educators, advocates, and community organizations.
Our educational resources and assistance remain free at HABJustice.com.
A separate home for printed books
This storefront is being developed to distribute printed books, offer optional merchandise, and enable sponsorship of specific books for incarcerated people. We intend to price books at or near production cost, allowing for legitimate operating expenses. Final prices and availability require confirmation.
Sponsorship with dignity
The planned Sponsor a Book program will tie each sponsorship to an actual book order and fulfillment. Recipient identifying information must remain private. Possible duplicate requests will need administrator review so legitimate repeat sponsorships are not automatically rejected.
Where we are today
This is a prototype storefront. The sponsorship workflow is a preview; live payment processing and print-on-demand fulfillment are not represented as connected. Business structure, merchant approval, tax obligations, security controls, and fulfillment integrations must be resolved and tested before launch.
HAB Justice is not represented here as a registered nonprofit, and purchases or sponsorships are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.
Stay connected
Visit HABJustice.com for the educational mission and free resources. You do not need to buy a book to access that support.
